Happy New Year

While the rest of the world celebrates their New Year at this point of time, there's so much going on in my mind.

Thoughts, negative thoughts keep visiting and re-visiting. It's not that I want to feel this way, and it's not that I always choose to indulge in self-pity. It's just the things that you do and the way that you react caused me to feel such emotions that I don't want to. It invites these thoughts into my mind. I want us to be different, but not different in a bad way.

Guess I just have to find an avenue to clear my thoughts, preferably someone who understands better.

Sometimes I think they all are the same kind. And they'll never learn to treasure until the day they lose.

BACK TO SCHOOL, SUNDAY BLUES.

I am so not prepared to go back to school tomorrow and having major school blues now. )': New classes, new timetable, new classmates, new venues (which I have to figure out on my own tomorrow like Dora the Explorer). I am not prepared to face the new year on a whole.

Babsey's enlisting into army in a few weeks time, while 'm gna get very busy with cheer and school work. Which is a good thing for me after he's in, but a bad thing before he goes in because it means we get to spend less time together. This year is going to be so tough for both of us, sigh... He says I have to learn to be independent, which is something I really suck at doing.

I am not prepared, not at all.

All I wna do now is to go on more holiday trips with Babsey and with the family and enjoy the cool air in the foreign landscapes.

But guess who I brought over to tide me through in school!

Comforting much. (Not forgetting Piglet)

Happy Belated New Year

Haven't got the chance to wish y'all a happy 2012! Time really flies when you don't realise it. Spent the countdown in the airplane and we supposedly saw fireworks from the windows of the airplane because we were flying above S'pore, but they looked more like factory smoke. I was more fascinated with the pink fire flies (i call them) floating above the boats in the water. (:

It was a great trip with the family Babsey and Cheryl. Though there were many hiccups during the trip, it was a great time spent together with my loved ones since we have been so busy with our own lives we hardly see each other that often anymore. I guess I can say that there have been many learning points to take away from this trip, things that will make us grow stronger and understand each other better.

It was a good escapade before school and work reopens for us. (:

Today I had many things to accomplish on my to-do list, but in the end I only managed to complete like, 1/2 the things.

  1. Buy frame for a painting
  2. Unload luggage
  3. Pack the house
  4. Edit and upload HK photos
  5. Jogging
  6. Renew PDL
Editing and uploading the photos took up 3/4 of my day, tsk! I even jogged only half the distance because I was feeling tired. Here are some pictures (not in order):

Piglet was sitted on the bed when we came back. :D How cute.
Our attempt at food photography, I snapped while Babsey held the noodles up ahahaha.
Disneyland! The last time I went there was in Sec 3 with the Marmite, not much changes!
Didn't get to see Toystory land in the end because there wasn't enough time. ):

Wanted to video down the whole fireworks thing but I was blocked by so many people so Babsey offered to shoulder-sit me throughout hahhaha!
I felt like a little girl. C:
Happiest day of the trip: When Babsey bought a huge-ass Stitch for me! :B

Tomorrow is back to school for cheer! (which 'm feeling guilty about because I haven't been stretching, only eating....) Thank God Babsey's coming to hall with me so I won't rot and die there. :D
